Contract Manager with Security Clearance
The Contract Program Manager will have overall authority and responsibility for the successful performance of all aspects of a government protective services contract for all sites under the NASA Protective Services contract. * The Program Manager will supervise and manage NASA locations that falls under a large Protective Security Services contract. * The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professional security officers providing physical security, locksmith services, emergency preparedness and response, security systems administration support and services, K9 operations and technical support. * The PM shall be the primary representative and have full autonomous authority to act on matters pertaining to the services under the PWS and annexes, across all functions and acts as the primary interface between the Contractor, the CO, and Contracting Officer's Representative This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: * TOP SECRET Clearance. * ICS - 100 ICS - 200 ICS - 300 ICS - 400 IS - 775 IS - 800. * Bachelor's degree or higher * Possess a minimum of 10 Years managing law enforcement and/or security personnel of at least 50 armed personnel. * Possess at least five years of experience of government contract management experience. * Possess technical working knowledge of Federal Arrest Authority, Possess a minimum of five years of experience in management of CBA and SCA personnel. * Possess skills in Project Management experience preferred Ability to perform essential job functions while complying with all state, federal or local COVID mandates with or without reasonable accommodation.
