We are looking for a mid-level candidate who has strong Systems Administration experience and someone with a passion for delivering technical solutions to our Army customer. What You'll Get to Do: * Will serve as a Systems Administrator on the Defense Research Engineering Network (DREN) network. * Engage and collaborate with a small team of technical experts in DoD and the infrastructure team supporting operations in a high op-tempo environment. * Work closely with other System Administrators supporting our Patch Management Team to patch/remediate open IAVAs, IAVMs, and all identified vulnerabilities, maintaining the functional operation of the software and security posture * Responsibilities also include resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure appropriate function of hardware, software or system functional specifications. * Conducting operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment. * Practicing safe cyber security methods and working within compliance guidelines given by our customer. * Conducting quarterly Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) assessment and remediation More About The Role: Must be willing to work onsite for 2 days/week. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * An active DoD Secret clearance. * A Bachelor's Degree, in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline. * Shall have IAT Level II Baseline Certification and Computing Environment Certification as per DoD 8570.1M. Baseline Certification- must be Commercial.
