Job Description: This position involves architecting, designing, developing and documenting software modules and applications used to support access control, authorization, and policy management. Interaction with a wide variety of other programs, as well as with local and remote Customers, is expected in this role. Candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills. Required Skills: At least five years of experience developing software and systems in JAVA, JAVAScript, and/or Groovy At least two years of experience using Ozone Widget Framework (OWF), EXT-JS, and Sencha Architect At least two years of experience developing with REST, SOAP, and HTTPS interfaces At least two years of experience with C&P Stardog and the SNARL API (RDF triple store) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on schedule and with minimal supervision, when multiple projects are being developed simultaneously. Typically requires Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines plus 10 years of Software Engineering experience. An additional 4+ years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree. Desired Skills: Experience with Digital Policy Management Intermediate technical writing skills. Familiarity with coding and documentation standards and best practices, and with source control systems. Security Clearance: Qualified applicants MUST HAVE ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLY.
