Job Category: Engineering Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Continental US Relocation Assistance is Provided Seeking a cleared Systems Engineer to support a highly visible fast paced Team. Support the development of system capabilities from requirements definition, designs and develops system-oriented products and prepares related installation, testing, operation, and maintenance specifications and instructions. Defines and analyzes architecture to establish operating conditions, conducts tests, define, and analyze engineering proposals and related technical data to determine feasibility of developing new capabilities and/or modifying existing capabilities. What You'll Get to Do: * Analyze user requirements, CONOPS and high-level system architectures to derive, develop and decompose system-level specifications. * Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the system is compatible with defined architecture and meets customer needs. * Conduct trade studies, to determine possible system (hardware, software, architecture) improvements. * Support projects through requirements definition, implementation, development, operations, performance, testing, cost and schedule, training and support, and/or system disposal. * Develop technical documentation, including CONOPS, user guides, test plans, and other CDRL items. * Apply established and develop new standards to ensure seamless interoperability across the operational enterprise. * Possess the ability to document and articulate aspects of the critical architecture products and enterprise systems capabilities. * Maintain, troubleshoot, configure, patch and upgrade Windows and Unix operating systems, including virtual machines (VM) instances and their and their VM environment administration * Provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of components of system. More About the Role: This role will integrate cross-functional, multi-platform application systems with a focus on delivering efficient and reliable solutions by combining hardware, software, networking and storage products from multiple vendors. The System Integrator is accountable for partnering with various teams in identifying options, developing solutions, and providing technical direction. Responsibilities include the combination of subsystems into one integrated solution with recommendations regarding hardware needs and solutions, as well as, providing hands on integration on both Linux and Windows platforms and offering system design efficiencies. Implement integrations adhering to configurations to provide a repeatable and sustainable product ensuring both operational and security needs are met. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * An active DoD TS/SCI with Poly. * DoD 8570.1-M Compliance at IAT Level II. * Demonstrate exceptional writing capability, briefing skills, and technical enterprise. * Ability to clearly document processes and procedures with a focus toward mentoring and sharing knowledge. * Experience developing system-of-systems functional mission architectures and DODAF documentation. These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: * BS in related fields plus 5+ years' experience. * Experience with Puppet, SIMP and Docker. * Experience with Agile development methodology. * Experience with project planning and management, process management and team or project leadership. * Ability to lead, mentor, and coach Team members. * Operational experience in SIGINT.
