Responsibilities Responsibilities include: * Partner with our market and service line organizations to develop unique, innovative communications aligned with business objectives. Serve as the marketing advisor to key stakeholders within the organization. * Develop, execute, and prioritize marketing and communications campaign activities. * Monitor, analyze, and present campaign performance metrics and identify key performance indicators. * Manage project schedules for marketing and communications priorities, ensuring customer expectations are met and projects are completed on time. * Develop and foster relationships with key market and service line executives, subject matter experts, and business development leads. * Work with subject matter experts to understand complex information and turn it into content that is easily digestible for a wide range of readers. * Guide business leaders and subject matter experts on effective client marketing and storytelling. * Work closely and collaboratively with the creative services, editing, and digital teams to deliver impactful campaigns. * Coach and mentor marketing team colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to professional development planning. * Develop compelling and relevant content for corporate website and intranet, executive presentations, thought leadership pieces, marketing brochures, videos, online marketing tools, etc. * Manage external partnerships and associated budgets with a variety of business development organizations/associations. * Ability to handle public relations, information output, press releases and media requests, social media and/or advertising efforts Qualifications Qualifications: * Deep understanding of the intelligence community, national security industry, and the department of defense trends, and associated media to help articulate LMI's business, strategies, and core capabilities. * Strong content creator with excellent writing skills and a passion for storytelling. Ability to alter style, tone, and brand voice to the platform and audience. * Executive presence, professional client service demeanor, and demonstrated ability to take initiative. * Strong, persuasive communication skills; ability to gain consensus through influence and pivot. * Demonstrated proficiency in facilitating, delegating, and motivating cross-functional groups and activities. * Experience building, managing, and developing a team through formal and informal leadership. * Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results. * Superior Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts. * Strong content creator with excellent writing skills and a passion for storytelling. Ability to alter style, tone, and brand voice to the platform and audience. * Strong initiative and anticipation of business needs in advance of requests received. * Able to work independently. * 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy, planning, and execution. *
