Job Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Performs duties associated with the operation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration, air-conditioning and heating equipment. * Operates mechanical/electrical equipment and machinery on the assigned watch, tours the building and operating machinery * Completes repairs and performs Preventive Maintenance functions Required Skills: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Functional knowledge and understanding of Centrifugal Chillers, Heat Exchangers, Automatic Transfer Switches, Emergency Generators and UPS Systems, Air Handlers, Hydronic Systems * Must be a self-started and highly motivated, consistent and dependable EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE * 4-7 years of commercial experience * A DC 1 Class Engineer License is required * Experience in commercial building operations/maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical fire and life safety * Experience with CMMS-Maximo is preferred * Experience with Siemens and Honeywell EMS operation is a plus * Must be able to obtain and maintain a top-secret clearance This position is subject to the terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Tatitlek Technologies, Inc. and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 99-99A, AFL-CIO.
