Overview LMI is seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to develop the overall change strategy and adoption management plan for a DoD client that is focused on acquisition solutions. The Senior Change Management Lead is singularly accountable for the change team. The candidate will coordinate adoption management, communications, and training in support of the LMI Program Manager. The change management lead also provides stakeholder engagement and coaching support throughout the effort. The candidate will be supporting the needs of the training team and the training lead to address any areas of ongoing resistance that emerge during the training. Responsibilities Responsibilities: * Identify client challenges and problem-sets and create executable change management plans options. * Lead and facilitate collaboration across functional areas to solve complex problems and integrate solutions to meet to user requirements * Participate in strategic-level engagements with client leadership * Drive efforts to build and enhance change management capabilities that align with clients' strategies and missions. * Support the implementation of the change management strategy to include prioritizing initiatives for capability and talent. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * Master's degree with 8 years of experience in relevant field, or bachelor's with 10 years of experience in relevant field, or 14 years of experience in relevant field with no degree. * Prosci Certified Change Practitioner * SAFe agile certified (within a year of award) * 7 years' experience in managing increasingly complex projects in DoD contracting * Experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing and dynamic teams to deliver on program requirements. * Demonstrated strong cultural fit and value alignment with LMI. * A US government Secret security clearance is required. Desired Qualification: * 10 years' experience in managing increasingly complex projects in DoD contracting * Experience developing comprehensive training curriculum for defense systems (Contracting experience also desired) * DAWIA certification in acquisition or contracting
