Overview This position is contingent upon a contract award SOSi is seeking a Task Order Program Manager to provide oversight of on-site operations for a large language support services program in Iraq and the surrounding CENTCOM AOR, supporting several US Government customer in Iraq. The Task Order Program Manager is responsible for serving as the central point of contact for all programmatic issues. Responsibilities * Accountable for all aspects of the task order execution and manages the hands-on, day-to- day execution of OCONUS TO related operational activities. * Responsible for TO PMO operations and resourcing of all Task Order requirements, including linguist staffing, GFE accountability, and Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) tasking responses. * Responsible for meeting all technical, financial, and contractual requirements of the TO. * Ensures that management processes and business systems facilitate meeting performance requirements. * Primary Point-of-Contact all programmatic issues, interfacing daily with the COR and the ACORs. * Is authorized to act on all matters relating to the daily operation of the TO. * Responsible for all Contractor personnel, promoting operational efficiency and ensuring activities and resources are aligned to meet contract objectives. * Supervise personnel assigned to perform the functions as identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). * Manage internal and external quality control methods and policies for measuring, tracking, analyzing, reporting and implementing preventive and corrective actions required to ensure the quality performance standards required by the PWS and customer satisfaction is met. * Provide direct supervision to the Deputy Program Manager and the Quality Control Manager. * Present bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly program management reviews to senior customer officials, and senior SOSi management. * Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships to seamlessly deliver quality services in accordance with the PWS. * Travel to remote areas where language services are in operation with US government personnel will be required from time to time. * Provide quality control review overall program support including invoicing, procurement, and financial reporting. * Monitors expenditures associated with the programs, including staff-hour expenditures, expense reports, and operating funds. Qualifications * Active in Scope Top-Secret US government clearance, with eligibility for Special Compartmented Information (SCI). * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain, or related field. * Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification. * Fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in managing, directing, and implementing medical support services. Twelve (12) years' experience required if candidate holds a Master's degree. * Must have experience in successfully managing a diverse and dispersed group of functional activities, subordinate groups of professional and administrative personnel. * Must be experienced in management and control of large funds and resources, and demonstrated capability in managing complex, multi-task Government contracts. * Must have experience in administering and leading project utilizing standardized Program Management methodologies. Preferred Qualifications * Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required. Working Conditions * Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. * Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. * Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
