Job Description You As a Business Analyst at Octo, you will provide analytical support to a federal health agency, including technical design document creation, task coordination, change management analysis, meeting facilitation, analysis, planning, and more. Program Mission This program provides a full range of IT support to a federal health agency, including software development, maintenance, and implementation services to accelerate and streamline operational and business functions. Skills & Requirements Requirements * Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in leading business analysis for projects of similar scope, scale and complexity. * Experienced in establishing a well-defined product backlog with epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Proficient in Agile and knowledgeable in SAFe. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Candidate must have competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook. * Candidate must have experience and demonstrated ability to write clear and accurate technical design documents, end-user documentation, new investment proposals, project plans, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOP), etc. Years of Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years Information Technology (IT) experience, for projects of similar scope, scale and complexity. Education: Bachelor's degree. Location: Remote within the United States. Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust Clearance.
