Work with quality, clinical operations, and research science teams to ensure timely review of study submission quality including, but not limited to, video, survey, and interview data. Communicate resubmission criteria as necessary with study staff and/or participants.

Emmes is a federal government contractor and requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Primary Purpose
Work with quality, clinical operations, and research science teams to ensure timely review of study submission quality including, but not limited to, video, survey, and interview data. Communicate resubmission criteria as necessary with study staff and/or participants.
Responsibilities
- Review of study data in accordance with quality parameters and specified timeframes
- Manual de-identification of study data in accordance with quality parameters
- Documentation of quality checks as necessary in study logs and trial master file (TMF)
- Communication of re-shoot instructions to study staff, including Casimir study staff and/or study site staff, and/or study participants in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), plans, and/or work instructions (WIs)
- Participation in data query and resolution process
- Participation in Casimir internal meetings as necessary
- Participation in client meetings as necessary
- Review of study procedures, logs and documents as necessary
- Work cross-functionally to ensure timelines and goals are met
Experience
- Bachelor's degree or related field experience
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to work within established timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
