We have begun in-person interviews however due to continued safety precautions; mask is required.ResponsibilitiesSpearheads Talent Acquisition, Community Relationships & Outreach consistent with Affirmative Action Plan for the agency.Human Resource Partnership, Risk Mitigation & Business continuity.Employee Separation and Backfill process.New Employee Orientation.Provides backup assistance for the automated timekeeping system, employee and supervisor training, and audit/monitor timekeeping records for policy violations, FTE discrepancies and employee LOA.Participates in and contributes to various HR related committees including Safety, Recruitment, Retention, Strategic Planning and Employee Recognition.Ensures the agency adheres to all company policies, state and federal law, and licensing requirements regarding employee and/or resident privacy and confidentiality.Attends and participates in staff meetings and training sessions as required by Nexus. Understands and supports the Nexus philosophy and treatment modalities.Performs other positions and work-related responsibilities, tasks and projects as needed and assigned.Qualifications:HS degree and a minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience required.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.Computer proficiency in MS office products.Valid driver's license. Must meet state regulating agency and Corporate driving requirements.We are required to comply with the CMS Mandate, which means that all Nexus-Woodbourne staff must be fully vaccinated or receive an approved exemption. Proof of full vaccination or an approved exemption must be obtained prior to working on-site.
