Electrical Engineer - Active TS/SCI REQUIREDJob Category: EngineeringTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCIEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: LocalMore About the Role:CACI is seeking a cleared Sr. Electrical Engineer that will provide expertise to INSCOM and Intelligence Community worldwide sites on the electrical engineering aspects of the installation, modification, operation, and maintenance of facilities, mission systems, support systems, and power generation/distribution/grounding systems.What You'll Get to Do:Develop and implement various engineering plans for medium and low voltage systems to include developing specifications, cost estimates and designs for operations, maintenance and support requirement to maintain various facilities.Design small to large electrical design projects from inception to completion packages for the procurement of electrical equipment (including equipment such as panelboard, transfer switches, load calculation, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), and power distribution system)Reviews design specifications for facilities, and mission and support systems to verify technical correctness and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.Travel to sites for site review and work with onsite field engineers, as well as provide engineering evaluations, electrical systems audits, and startup as needed.Immediately deployable to worldwide locations, in potentially hazardous work environments, to perform QRC/ technical support to US forces.Specialized in Power for server rooms, critical power quality, reliability, redundancy facility distribution, and integrated electronic circuits for communication systems.You'll Bring These Qualifications:Active TS/SCI clearance is required in order to be considered for this roleBSEE degree, from an accredited college or university.Ten years diversified engineering experience in medium or low voltage power electrical equipment's, integration and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.Experience with installation and maintenance of medium or low voltage 50/60 Hz single and multiple phase wiring.Experience in the use of CADD (AutoCAD)Application engineering with experience in design, installation, operation and maintenance of power generation/distribution/grounding systems.Experience with uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) for ADP and communications equipment.These Qualification Would be Nice to Have:Professional registration is desirable but not mandatoryCommand of fluent English, including the ability to read, write, and comprehend technical documentation, schematics, and diagrams written under the ANSI standards.Experience in the use of computer power design software (SKM or Easy Power a plus)What We Can Offer You:We've been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives.We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities.We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation's highest priorities.For over 55 years, the principles of CACI's unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.Company Overview: At CACI, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by providing information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.
