IntelliBridge is an award-winning business with an immediate opening for an experienced AP Manager.As an instrumental member of the Accounting and Finance organization, the AP Manager will be responsible for supporting the timeliness and quality of consolidated financial statements, FAR/DCAA and US GAAP compliance.This position will report to the Assistant Controller and work closely with the VP, Corporate Controller and VP of Finance & Accounting System to support operational accounting functions and support both pre- and post-acquisition integration efforts. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:ResponsibilitiesThe AP Manager reports to the Assistant Controller and manages the accounts payable operations.Management*Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department.*Monitor and maintain company accounting policies and procedures.*Maintain a comprehensive system of internal controls over accounts payables.*Ensure an environment of excellent customer service and continual process improvement.Operations *Support and perform daily accounts payable operations. *Ensure timely processing and payment of company invoices and employee expense reports.*Support banking activity and weekly cash flow management.*Design and implement accounting process to support effective annual fiscal audits. *Support required post-acquisition integration efforts.*Supports annual Incurred Cost Submission.*Maintain compliance with government contracting standards and requirements.Required Skills and Qualifications:*Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field or 10+ years of relevant experience.*5+ years at supervisory level within the government contracting industry.*5+ years of Accounts Payable Deltek Costpoint experience.*Working knowledge of US GAAP, FAR and CAS regulations.*Advanced experience using Microsoft Office (eg, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).*Ability to interpret and implement Government regulations.*Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.*Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.*Ability to work well with senior executives and team as well as mentor/lead other team members.*Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.*Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to define problems, collect data to establish facts, draw valid conclusion and report on findings for resolution.*Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses*Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations.*High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.Work Location:Office is based in Tysons in McLean, VA.100% telework available.
