Apply today!"Life At Piper" team video :https://vimeo.com/387184652Summary: The Account Manager role acquires new clients by building effective business relationships and selling Piper's staffing services to them, focusing on business development activities as well as managing, directing, and working effectively with the recruiting team. The Account Manager will work in a fast-paced team environment that requires tenacity, adherence to processes, a high level of organization, and an ongoing desire to grow professionally.Essential Duties: Drive customer acquisition and business development by setting client meetings, warm/cold calling, networking, and more. Sell and negotiate terms of Piper's staffing and recruiting services to both current and potential clients. Represent Piper with the highest level of professionalism at all times by acting as the "face of the company" to current and prospective clients. Maintain and create relationships with industry contacts. Learn and track industry, marketing, and staffing trends. Manage, allocate, and pivot real-time recruiting team resources to the highest-priority client needs. Consistently maintain high levels of business development activity.Qualifications & Skills: One or more years of demonstrable work experience in one or more of the following (or related) fields: staffing sales/account management, business development, inside/outside sales, consulting, managed services, professional services, etc. Excellent process management, time management, networking, and organizational skills Desire to work in a metrics-based organization with unlimited earning potential based directly on work ethic and level of production Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Experience with CRM/ATS tools (eg Salesforce, Bullhorn, JobDiva, iCIMS, etc.) and Microsoft Office 365Reports To:Director of OperationsLocation:5950 Symphony Woods Rd Unit 410, Columbia, MD 21044Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and contest bonuses!
