The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar role in a luxury hotel environment or upscale customer service environment. Key to your success will be your ability to multitask, anticipate guest needs and deal with all enquiries in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Previous experience in an upscale customer service environment, or guest facing experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment Excellent written oral and communication skills Knowledge of Washington DC Sites, attractions and amenities as well as the surrounding area Friendly, engaging, polished and professional Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely manner Computer proficiency The hospitality industry operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and the schedule may vary based on the needs of the operation, so schedules will include AM or PM shifts and the ability to work weekends.
