Since 2007, ZemiTek has provided technical assistance, project management, information technology (IT), knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, training and learning development, and institutional support services. The Recruiter works with ZemiTek's Human Resources and departmental teams to attract and hire new employees for United States Government (USG) projects and ZemiTek corporate office. The Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process. To be successful as a Recruiter, you must have excellent written communication skills, ability to multitask, be detailed oriented, and manage time effectively. A successful Recruiter should be well-versed in the recruitment process as well as relevant employment legislation. Location: Bethesda, MDWork Schedule: Remote/HybridStarting Salary: $65,000 Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Sr. Recruiter, interact with Program Managers and other department leaders to facilitate full cycle recruiting to meet contract and headquarter staffing needs. Facilitate all areas of recruitment, including but not limited to advertising, campus relations, diversity recruitment, candidate sourcing, interviewing, candidate pipeline building, and candidate selection.Posting job openings through iCIMS, job boards, and social media outlets.Execute strategic sourcing plans such as direct sourcing, database mining, networking, attending industry events, job fairs, seminars, and identifying associations, online communities, external research, and social marketing mediums.Managing recruitment plan and data collection for metrics reporting purposes. Review position descriptions to ensure minimum requirements accurately reflect the expectations of the job to result in the broadest, most diverse talent pool as possible.Ensure language in the position descriptions is gender neutral and inclusion principles such as skills over education and diversity of backgrounds is emphasized.Seek out and identify diverse job boards for advertising and sourcing. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with a minimum of three (3) years' experience in recruiting or human resources; or a High School Diploma and a minimum of five (5) years' experience working in recruiting or human resources.
