This position will provide financial and accounting support to the Engineering, Procurement, and Global Quality teams.This is a hybrid role with three days in office in our Bridgewater, NJ HQ. Scope of Responsibility:Analyze COGS, margins, purchase price and production variancesResponsible for planning and forecasting for various business partners including Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain and Global QA organizationEnsure timely and accurate monthly account reconciliationsRecord monthly adjusting entries and accrualsAnalyze inventory reserves and calculate projected obsolescence based on historical trendPrepare and analyze standard monthly management reportsAssist with compiling annual standard costsEnsure intercompany transactions are reconciled monthlyProvide analytical, accounting and reporting support to the Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain and Global QA organization, including monthly fluctuation explanations of actuals vs. plan/forecastCapital expenditure financial and narrative development and trackingMonthly review of global obsolescence and variance analysisMonthly review of global months on hand and variance analysis and generating reports through Alteryx and TableauMonthly capital & expense project variance analysis as well as support Global Capital Management process.Additional Responsibilities:Responsible for all SOX compliance related to the above dutiesAssist in month end reporting including account reconciliations, JE organization, and compilation and analysis of reporting packageAssist in quarterly and annual financial and SOX auditsAssist the Consolidation group during quarter end closeRequired Skills, Experience & Education:5+ years of Accounting/Finance experience in the pharmaceutical industryBachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance is required and CPA a plusPublic Accounting experience a plusAbility to interact with all levels of personnel, including senior managementAbility to use advanced Excel spreadsheet functions and formulas to build and maintain reports used for budgeting and forecastingHyperion experience a plusPrior inventory, manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience a plusInterested candidates must possess high ethical standards, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong technical and analytical skills, and be a team playerIndividual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to implement process improvements, create efficiencies, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrates high level of maturity, self-motivation, and team-orientationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.Job Applicants should be aware of job offer scams perpetrated through the use of the Internet and social media platforms.To learn more please read Bausch Health's Job Offer Fraud Statement.
