Description Position will support the Sr. Finance Manager by providing financial guidance around management reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting data regarding the financial outlook of Turkey Hill Dairy and the profitability of its products and customers. This position works closely with Senior Finance Leaders and the entire FP& A Team, as well as the other functions such as the Sales and Marketing teams.Essential Job Functions:Financial Analysis and Customer P& Ls:+ Provide analysis, commentaries, and supporting schedules that detail and summarize the financial performance of Turkey Hill customers by business segment.+ Provide portfolio financial support, commentary and guidance around variances.+ Assist with development of budgets, forecasts, and the reporting of customer trade spending including promotions, slotting expense, coupons, and allowances; work closely with Sales and Accounting teams to properly identify the accurate trade spend.+ Assist with month-end close processes.+ Provide timely and accurate analytics to support actionable business decisions.+ Work with IT to automate the production of Customer P& Ls.Cash Flow Forecasting:+ Maintain the Company's cash flow model by updating for actuals, annual operating plan, forecasts, and recurring disbursements; work closely with Accounting and cross-functional business partners on forecasts.+ Draft daily/weekly cash flow forecast by combining key financials from multiple data sources.+ Provide variance analysis of cash flow actuals vs. forecast on a weekly basis, working with key stakeholders to understand the main drivers.+ Modify the Company's cash flow model, as necessary, to reflect updates to cash inflow/outflow processes.s Requirements Position Qualifications:+ Knowledge of financial concepts and reporting.+ Basic understanding of consumer products and/or food businesses and go-to-market trade strategies.+ Ability to analyze and integrate multiple data sources into a useful decision format.
