This key role will support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies, procedures, and programs. This position reports to the Director of Compensation & Benefits.Responsibilities:Provide consultative support and guidance to HR on compensation philosophy, policies, and systemsManage the sales compensation reward and recognition programSupport the annual merit processConduct annual job market surveys and studiesReview job descriptions for completeness and determine the appropriate FLSA statusComplete job evaluations and benchmarking requests for new and existing positionsProvide business insight through data analysis, research and benchmarkingPrepare compensation analyses and make recommendationsAssist in the update of salary ranges & job structuresParticipate in the design, analysis, and implementation of base pay, sales compensation, bonus pay, and other incentive programsExecute and track equity grant offers and agreementsFacilitate compensation related trainings and communicationsCollaborate with IT to identify system solutions that will drive efficiencies on compensation activitiesSupport assigned compensation projectsQualifications:Bachelor's degree required and at least 3 years of related experienceAdvanced proficiency in ExcelPrior experience working with HR systemsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills with high attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or working towards CCPKnowledge of databases and executing data queriesExperience with MS Access, VBA, SQL and advanced Excel formulas and functions preferredYour desire to excel is matched by a commitment to your success and you'll have the tools and industry knowledge you need.
