Fabrication of R&D cells across multiple form factorsA' . Lab scale mixing of powdersA' . Use of common lab equipment, meters, and test devicesA' . Support World Class. React timely to 6S audits findings. Support Lean Manufacturing eventsA' . Prioritize Safety in the R&D dry room and the PlantA' . Assist to maintain inventory of required raw materials and suppliesA' . Work in a fast-paced environmentA' . Housekeeping of R&D areas during shiftA' . Various assigned tasks as neededKnowledge Skills and Abilities RequiredA' . Able to stand on one's feet for long periods of timeA' . Able to pass the respirator physicalA' . Follow instructionsA' . Work well from proceduresA' . Good hand / eye coordinationA' . Can work with others, as well as independentlyA' . Lab/cGMP background helpfulA' . Good work ethicsA' . Ability to learn quicklyA' . Strong computer skillsA' . Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools-desiredRequirementsA' . BS Degree (or equivalent experience in a STEM field)- preferredA' . High School Diploma with 1- 3 years of relevant lab/manufacturing experience, preferably in battery manufacturing.A' . Experience in assembling Li-ion batteries with common techniques - preferredA' . Experience with coating electrodes and slurry preparation - desiredA' . Read and Understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS).A' . Experience with receiving, inventorying, organizing, and storing materials is helpful.A' . Follows work orders in achieving productivity.A' . Develops knowledge base of different systems and procedures.A' . This candidate will be primarily responsible for performing R&D activities related to the Solid State program. This will include all aspects of assembly by hand and testing of prototype electrochemical cells , in a glovebox.A' . This will include lab scale powder processing, operation and maintenance of cell test equipment and material analysis using various devicesA' . Follows all Company policies and procedures.Working Conditions.A' . Dry room atmosphere - low humidity, air conditionedA' .
