A$ A' "A' ?Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join a vibrant and growing organization in Bethesda, MD. The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with HR and Executive leadership to creatively source open positions and find qualified candidates within technology, product and data science. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, and a strong understanding of technical recruiting. If you are a highly motivated individual, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike - this is the position for you! Direct Hire, permanent opportunity Hybrid or Remote work available $100K-$130K salary based upon experience Comprehensive benefits package ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Partner with HR Manages and team leaders to understand hiring needs, and to establish plans for attracting talent. Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition from sourcing, to pipeline management, to offer negotiation and closing.Build and deliver innovative approaches to identify new sourcing methods, including active and passive candidates.Regularly meet with hiring managers to keep searches on track and to meet deadlines.Demonstrate passion about our recruiting data and maintain ATS.Design interview panels, and creatively establish new methods of engaging talent.Continuously improve our employer brand and maintain the career section of our website, in addition to partnering with marketing to build our social media talent campaigns.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.5+ years' experience in full-cycle talent acquisition and strong technology recruiting experience. Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment without sacrificing quality. Must have exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Strong background with web-based recruiting tools, including applicant tracking systems, social media and job boards. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
