A$ A' "A' ?ABOUT THE ROLE Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC), a rapidly growing industrial real estate developer and investor in North America, is seeking a Senior Development Manager - Northeast Region to join our team based in Laurel, MD.A' Primary responsibilities include:Pursuits:Manage all acquisition underwriting - create financial models, property valuations, joint venturing structuresPrepare detailed investment memorandums for senior management / investorsConduct market research Participate in municipal meetings and hearings to gain entitlements, annexation, zoning, and permitting approvalsEngagement with industry groupsAssemble Letters of Intent for potential project sites with further coordination of the Purchase and Sale Agreement Project Delivery:Coordinate with the Capital Markets Team to select and close the construction loanSupport project management/development operationsWork with legal teams on contract and lease issuesWork with project vendors such as title companies (closing transactions) and insurance providers (quotes for underwriting / obtaining performance bonds) (minor activity)In conjunction with leasing brokers, respond to leasing inquiries, develop LOIs and support lease negotiationsProject Reporting:Monitor project financial performanceMange/Oversight of project cash flow forecasting Updating key assumptions (leasing, cap rates, etc.) and investment returnsPrepare investment paper updates as required ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree 5-7 years of real estate finance experience/development background Strong underwriting skillsStrong analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office is requiredMust have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiencies ABOUT LOGISTICS PROPERTY COMPANY LPC is an industrial real estate company focused on the acquisition, development and management of modern logistics properties in key North American markets.
