Our team of diverse professional engineers, planners, researchers, and software developers combine practical experience and cutting-edge technology to solve operational and design issues facing our communities' transportation systems.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing, recommending, and interviewing candidates for open positions. Identify opportunities to build applicant pools and establish trust and partnerships with the managers. You will assist in developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including: creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing, attracting, screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.Assist with all aspects of on campus recruiting, including signing up for career fairs, attending fairs, screening students, and setting up interviews.Place and update all job postings on LinkedIn, college job boards, social networks, and other mediums.Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.Create new ideas to market the firm to student and lateral candidatesContinuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates and the company brand.Ensure candidates and internal stakeholders receive a high-value experience at all touch-points throughout the recruitment processSpecial projects and other administrative duties, as neededRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelors DegreeMinimum of two years of comprehensive, full-cycle recruiting experience (or equivalent).Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs.Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting.Proven ability to communicate and effectively "sell"A' an organization's value proposition.Must possess excellent oral/written communication.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter.Demonstrated ability to work independently, organize and accurately prioritize work, be detail-oriented, understand when urgency is required and use good judgment in varied situationsStrong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.Desired Qualifications:An advanced degree in Communications, English, or related field or Bachelor's/advanced degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)Experience in professional services industryYour PSI Advantage:Competitive salary and benefits401k MatchDiscretionary annual merit-based bonus and annual raiseStrong medical, vision, and dental insuranceCommuter subsidy benefitTuition reimbursement assistanceOn-site gym and free snacks in officeand more!Learn more:Precisionsystems.co Precision, Systems, Inc. is an organization committed to diversity and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future every day for our diverse employees, clients, partners, and communities.
