These clients cover the entire spectrum from start-up companies to well-known global brands that have been franchising or serving the franchise vertical for decades.A' Responsibilities:Design, develop and lead market research projects for a wide range of business clients all operating in and around the franchising marketplaceConduct primary and secondary research to answer strategic, operational, marketing and due diligence questions for business clientsDelegate tasks, train and support Research Analysts and Associate AnalystsPresent findings and recommendations to C-suite, operations and marketing clientsDevelop new business relationships, scope and propose solutions for clientsHelp grow FRANdata with new client opportunities, new products and marketing ideasPublish articles and social media content; respond to media inquiries; attend events and conferencesContribute to industry thought leadership on performance standards and best practicesRequirements:3-5 years' experience as a researcher or consultantMaster's degree in business, finance, statistics, mathematics, marketing, research or relatedA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' Mastery of Excel and the MS Office Suite of toolsA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' Basic understanding of database conceptsA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI2 to 3 years of experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research and analysis (data analysis, surveys, interviews)Must be an articulate communicator with strong oral and written communication skillsAbilities:Ability to successfully resolve problems with minimal directionAbility to plan, organize and manage deadlines in changing, fast-paced environmentsIndependence and ability to take ownership of each project from start to finishAbility to work as part of a team and perform under deadline pressureIntellectual curiosityEntrepreneurial spiritCommon sense approach to accomplishing tasks and reaching deadline
