Therrien Waddell is starting a residential division that will focus on a market opportunity with small to mid-sized multifamily projects. We are seeking an experienced Superintendent who is interested in getting involved on the ground floor of this division to help shape its overall success.A' A' A' Therrien Waddell has served as a commercial general contractor in the Washington, DC-Baltimore metro region for 35 years.A' Our team of construction professionals has extensive experience in new construction, site development, renovations, and interior fit-outs. Our diverse industry expertise includes retail centers, office, medical facilities, schools, charitable institutions, and data centers. A' The Superintendent will schedule, coordinate, and manage all day-to-day operations on the construction site to efficiently complete the projects safely, accurately, on schedule and within budget while maintaining a focus on quality. The Superintendent will be the first line of control for initiating, maintaining and enforcing Project Safety and Quality Control.A' Responsibilities:-A' Lead, schedule, coordinate and manage day-to-day operations on site.-A' Deliver projects on schedule and on budget.-A' Implement and continuously monitor project safety plan to ensure all OSHA standards are followed. -A' Track project progress and coordinate project schedule updates with the project team.-A' Collaborate with project management staff, engineers, architect and the Owner.-A' Problem solve and utilize project team resources for decision making.-A' Develop and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders.-A' Develop and maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships.A' Qualifications:-A' 10-15 years' experience in commercial construction.-A' 5-7 years' experience in multi-family residential.-A' Minimum of 2 residential projects with a 20 unit minimum. -A' OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid and CPR Certifications.-A' Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Procore, Bluebeam as well as MS Project.-A' Strong written and verbal communication skills.-A' Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks and project demands.-A' Strong managerial skills and ability to motivate teams.-A' Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.-A' Self-motivated and ambitious to exceed expectations and high-quality work.-A' Spanish language skills a plus.A' Therrien Waddell offers a competitive salary, work truck, bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer-funded short- and long-term disability insurance, employer-funded life insurance, supplemental life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with profit-sharing and employer match.A'
