PURPOSE: Assist in the coordination of activities relating to personnel, training, orientation and benefits in the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities: Attendance Recordkeeping, Training Documentation, HR Recordkeeping and data entry.Support hiring activities through applicant phone screening, testing, reference checks and job offers.Assist with New Hire Orientation, new hire on boarding, handbooks, etc.Employee Relations - answer employee inquiries, employee supportAssist with questions related to employee benefits.Complete verifications of employment in a timely manner.Review and record disciplinary actions in Infinium.Support Company Activities and Employee Recognition events.Special Projects.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.College degree a plus.2+ years of administrative experience.Previous experience in HR preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
