Overview: Why We Need Your Talents: The Marketing Analyst is responsible for the evaluation and post-forma design of Marketing Campaigns, including but not limited to: core offers, special events and promotions, off-site events, acquisition campaigns and tier benefit analyses. In addition, Marketing Analyst is responsible for property's database segmentation analysis, trend analysis and other pertinent analysis that informs strategy. Responsibilities: Where You'll Make an Impact:Reports to SVP of MarketingBuilds business intelligence, reports, and dashboards to analyze customer behaviors, membership enrollments, redemptions, tracked play, ADW, and other marketing activities.Manages analysis from inception to completion, developing actionable recommendations.Anticipates the analytical needs of management and produces reports, which enable timely and relevant decision making.Generates special reports and ad hoc analysis, including written and/or verbal reports, as requested.Collects key data points from company stakeholders to account for all revenues / expenses associated with marketing efforts.Help maintain the integrity of data in CRM and other data tools used for reporting purposes.Provide proactive analysis and present recommendations on of past programming to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness of future marketing initiatives.Using data, be able to explain, in laymen's terms, the performance of a campaign pertaining to profitability, customer behaviors, and trends.Provide insights and guidance to improve customer engagement and campaign performance.Assists in gathering data used for analysis of Direct Mail Programs, Events, Promotions, Entertainment and any other Marketing functions that are designed to increase revenue and loyalty.Through various versions of database segmentation analysis, identify, trends and opportunities to drive additional revenue. Prepare and present findings, using charts, graphs, and explanatory text to executive management.Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly Marketing presentations to property management, corporate management and owners. Qualifications: Skills to Help You Succeed:Strong Excel Skills Required. Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results. Ability to solve complex problems. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures. Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time. Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule. Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment.Casino experience preferred but not required.Must-Haves:One (1) to three (3) years of experience in database marketing and data analysis. A four (4)-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the State Gaming Agency for the position. Ability to read and write SQL preferred.
