Overview: Stand Together is looking to hire a Business Analyst - Marketing to support our Marketing and Communications capabilities. In this role, you will maintain our financial data structure, purchase orders, vendor invoice coding, time reporting compliance, system reporting, and best practices in accordance with the Marketing Operations team requirements. As a business analyst, you will be key in helping manage MarComm's expense tracking and projections for our key clients within the Stand Together Community. In this position, you will be primarily responsible to act as the liaison between the Operations, Finance, and Marketing and Communications teams. As a member of the Intelligence team and a finance administrator of our central knowledge system, Adobe Workfront, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate and timely financial data and analysis as needed to provide knowledge and support in delivering the best possible outcomes for our marketing efforts. Your responsibilities include:Operations POC for collaboration with the finance departmentResponsible for all Operations - Finance workflowsResponsible/supervise reporting for all appropriate financial interactions within MarCommsResponsible for creating all MarComm's Purchase OrdersResponsible for MarComm's invoice coding in the Concur SystemMaintaining updated finance entries in WorkfrontResponsible for managing time sheets and monthly time reportingProvide Workfront training and documentation regarding finance topics for usersOps POC for Vendor ManagementKey POC for any future integrations between Workfront and our finance systems Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization3-5+ years professional experience in finance data management preferably at a creative/marketing agency, in-house creative/marketing team, or similar environmentExperience with standard financial terms and conceptsExperience with Project Management systems such as Workfront, a plusExtreme attention to detailProficient at creating spreadsheetsPositive, collaborative natureFlexible and adaptable to changeResourcefulness and problem-solving aptitudeStrong critical thinking skills and creative mindset to help develop process and best practicesExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong documentation skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
