Overview: Karsun is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join and support our growing Talent Acquisition (TA) team. As a TA Coordinator, you will partner with colleagues and candidates to ensure an exceptional client and candidate experience. In addition, you will support the TA team with administrative, organizational and logistical tasks. As a brand ambassador, you will represent Karsun in a manner the presents the company as the employer of choice. Responsibilities: Serving as the logistical point of contact for both internal and external candidates, including communicating directly with the candidates and ensuring signed paperwork is received in a timely mannerHandling various aspects of the candidate experience post offer acceptance, including ensuring accurate start dates and compliance of on-boarding paperworkScheduling and delivery of New Hire OrientationPartnering closely with the recruiting team to ensure operational risks are minimizedEstablishing relationships within the recruitment team, internal stakeholders, and candidates to contribute to a seamless recruiting and onboarding processManaging and updating the applicant tracking system, including but not limited to reviewing and ensuring completeness and complianceActively engaging with Recruitment and HR leadership to recommend process improvements as neededMaintaining accurate record keeping and consistent storage of new hire candidate recordsCompleting scheduled and ad hoc reports, as required Qualifications and Education: Required:Typically requires high school diploma and minimum of 4+ years of related experienceDemonstrated accountability for owning portions of recruiting or human resources processes such as on-boarding, new hire paperwork, background screenings and/or orientation sessionsStrong ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a demanding and fast-paced environmentSuperior organization skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and engage with business leadersAbility to challenge the status quo and seek to improve operating efficienciesExperience with applicant tracking systemsProficiency in MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred:Experience supporting a recruiting departmentExperience with a US government contractorExperience with iCIMS applicant tracking system
