Overview: The primary responsibility for this role is to ensure that all liens have been secured on all indirect and direct auto loan collateral. In addition, this role is responsible for tracking insurance for all indirect and direct auto loans. Responsibilities: Maintain all incoming title exceptions received from the third party vendor DealerTrack for all newly funded auto loansMaintain all incoming insurance exceptions received from the third party vendor Allied for all newly funded auto loansProcess auto loan payoffsHandle member requests pertaining to auto titles and insuranceResearch and resolve account discrepanciesMaintain all incoming internal and external member requestsPerform other duties as assignedRemains cognizant of and adheres to NWFCU policies and procedures as well as regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Qualifications: High-school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year of consumer loan experience to include auto loans at a financial institutionExperience working in a financial institution in a branch, call center or retail environment may be substituted for consumer loan experienceKnowledge of credit union operations, policies and procedures, and credit union account structure is preferredUnderstanding of the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) titling process is preferredMust have the ability to use discretion in your workDemonstrated strong attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal direct management supervisionDemonstrated initiative and resourcefulness as a self-starterAdvanced knowledge of MS Office is required As a COVID-19 safety measure, our employees must provide vaccination status and follow all safety protocols, which may include testing.
