You Will: As a dnata Human Resources Coordinator, you have an essential role of continuously optimizing and aligning operational efficiencies to promote a successful and productive workforce, with duties including but not limited to: Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and dutiesEnsure compliance with company policies/procedures and existing employment laws and regulationsAssist with Recruitment/On-boarding; I-9/E-Verify compliancePersonnel file/record keeping maintenance and complianceEmployee Relations, coaching, counselingInvestigate complaintsAssist with payroll related issuesProvide information related to company policiesBenefits Administration; Leave of AbsenceAnswering employee requests and questionsConducting audits to include HR programs, payroll and recommend corrective actionsAssist with the termination process, Exit InterviewAdministration of airport badging, background checksMust meet Station's Attendance PolicyOther duties as assigned You Have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business degree or two to three years equivalent combination of education, experience, training.Possess/maintain a valid state driver's license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizationsAble to proficiently speak, read, and write in EnglishDemonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.General understanding of Windows, Google Chrome Browser, Internet Explorer BrowserExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, create a team environmentDetail oriented, with ability to track task progress to completion, prioritize and meet deadlinesProven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant administrative positionKnowledge and understanding of HR best practices; local, state, and federal employment law and regulationsSound judgement and problem-solving skillsCustomer focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretionMust handle confidential matters with appropriate discretionMust deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer serviceHighest regard for safety and the greatest respect for their fellow team members
