Job Description Position Highlights Oversees the strategic product management for the Integrated Marketing business line in support of the organization's goals and market needs Position will be responsible for designing Targeting strategies for Direct Acquisition credit card campaigns by analyzing past credit card acquisition campaigns using various statistical models and other targeting tools Development of the targeting framework, understanding campaign financial viability and conducting post analytics. Work with cross functional teams across multiple functions including Marketing Strategy, Modeling, Risk and Finance in designing the selection criteria for multiple business lines Utilizing various analytical tools (SQL, SAS, Adobe) to optimize targeting for digital and offline channels Meets product profit and growth goals Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy Recommends enhancements to product line to stimulate sales and meet objectives Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Four to six years of related work experience Preferred Skills and Experience Proficiency in Excel, SQL / SAS is required Experience in Adobe Analytics or Audience Manager preferred Thorough knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills Strong product management, design and development skills Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills If theres anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants ( . Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location.
