A$ A' "A' ?Physician Recruiter - Remote i4 Search Group is seeking a motivated Physician Recruiter to join our fast paced, high growth recruiting firm. i4 Search Group is a Permanent Placement recruiting firm looking for agency recruiter / headhunter OR current physician recruiter at a Healthcare organization. The Physician Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing of candidates for the recruitment and placement of clinical staff to fill current job openings with current clients primarily in Texas with additional search responsibilities in other States as needed. The Physician Recruiter will identify, contact, interview and screen candidates for current open opportunities via cold calling, Internet, journals, and various databases. They are expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with physician candidates and will be an essential part of the overall candidate experience. Responsibilities:A cents € cents Partner closely with our current client hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needsA cents € cents Continuously and consistently build candidate pipeline by leveraging proactive sourcing and recruiting methodsA cents € cents Provide a seamless candidate experience through the entire recruiting lifecycleA cents € cents Post job openings and source qualified candidates for open positionsA cents € cents Screen potential candidates to assess their qualifications and to understand their career aspirations, matching them to company goals and objectivesA cents € cents Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, video, or onsite)A cents € cents Manage the offer letter process including negotiation and closing. Minimum Expectation Metrics:A cents € cents 5 Presentations per weekA cents € cents 2-3 Placements per month Qualifications:A cents € cents Exceptional work ethic. This does not mean working 60 hours per week. This means working diligently, efficiently, and effectively for 40 hours per week A cents € cents Strong writer and excellent phone skillsA cents € cents Money motivated individuals A cents € cents Have a "hunter"A' mentality - not afraid to pick up the phone and dive deep on LinkedIn, Social Media, and other sourcing tech toolsA cents € cents Agency recruiting experience is a plusA cents € cents ATS experience is required. LOXO experience is a bonusA cents € cents Physician recruiting experience is required CompensationA cents € cents We have a 2 comp plans to select from. Full commission with a high commission split or a fixed comp plan with a lower commission split
