A$ A' "A' ?Job Title: Operations Analyst / Front OfficeLocation: Hybrid (on-site 1-2 days per week)Looking for someone to be a part of the front office staff for the Office of the Chief Information Officer at a big Government Agency who possesses strong operational, communication, writing and project analyst/management skills. ResponsibilitiesOur team has been expanding rapidly providing advisory and day to day support for our client's executive offices. We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked for executives in fast paced environments and has strong written and verbal communications skills. The individual will be responsible for tracking time sensitive tasks, coordinating day to day activities with leadership and support teams, and editing organization wide communications. The ideal resource will be detail oriented, organized, and thrive in dynamic and evolving environments.Specific responsibilities will include:Monitor and manage organizational Taskers and Assignments.Prepare leadership for upcoming meetings, providing read-ahead and meeting prep.Coordinate actions across multiple staff.Edit and write executive correspondences.Develop relationships with executives in the organization, and with partner organizations. QualificationsThe following skills/experience/knowledge are required to be considered for this role:Experience of 5 or more years in IT or management consultingBachelor's DegreeProject Management Professional certificationAbility to obtain a Public Trust and an ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearanceExperience supporting senior officials in government or industryExceptional written and verbal communication skills The following skills/experience/knowledge are preferred to be considered for this role:Technical or Cybersecurity Certifications or ExperienceExperience developing Department wide policy, communications, or budgeting.Ability to quickly learn, support, and improve financial management processesAbility to identify and address client needs, build solid relationships with clients and customers, and communicate with executive clients in an organized and knowledgeable mannerFlexible, customer-centric approach to support rapidly changing business needs and new prioritiesTake2 is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
