WPM is looking for a professional, energetic and friendly individual with sales & customer service experience to join our team as a leasing specialist at The Jefferson House, located Charles Village. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction policy. Leasing and Entrata experience is preferred.At WPM, as a Leasing Specialist youll be responsible for leasing apartments to prospecting visitors by practicing excellent customer service & developing effective marketing strategies. You will also guide prospectors through their application and rental process while providing impeccable customer service. Our leasing specialists play a crucial role in finding new tenants, planning events and ensuring the happiness of our residents in their home.
