About the Job:Support the Attorney Recruiting team by coordinating all recruiting logistics such as interviews, paperwork, and communication with candidates.Oversee the training of new team members and onboarding procedures to provide a welcoming experience.Manage confirmations and feedback surrounding interviews.Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed.About the Culture:This global law firm offers state-of-the-art facilities and resources and promotes professional development.Work with the best and brightest attorneys in a firm that offers a collegial culture and opportunities to get involved in community service projects.Benefits include wellness programs, cultural events, and social activities.This position is able to work remotely two to three days per week after training.About You:Experienced. You have at least two (2) or more years of experience in recruiting or HR. A bachelor's degree is required. Prior law firm experience is helpful but not required.Collaborative. You enjoy working in a team setting and foster a positive work environment.Effective. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Focused.
