Senior Compensation Manager Total Wine & More Bethesda, MD About the Role We are looking for a Senior Compensation Manager to join our Human Resource team. You will design, analyze, implement, and administer Total Wine & More's compensation programs. The Sr. Compensation Manager will work with HR partners and department heads on compensation philosophies and programs, providing information and tools to meet our team members and our financial goals. You will also ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. You will report to the Senior Director of Benefits and Compensation at our corporate office in Bethesda, MD. You will Work with our partners to develop and administer Total Wine & More's compensation plans, including base pay, and various incentive and recognition plans Create the short and long-term compensation strategy including market position, career framework, compensation structure, grouping, change management, and education Build unified compensation programs including benchmarking, competitive market analysis, job evaluation, offer development, and internal pay for performance analyses Lead Annual Review Cycle including design, administration, distribution and communication Partner with HR on the development and documentation of career paths and aligns internal job/pay relationships Oversee the planning and administration of Company and department bonus plans Anticipate future business changes and challenges to develop new or revised compensation plans Collaborate with internal peers, leadership and vendors to provide a high level of consultative and support services, ensuring programs are implemented Present compensation insights using data analytics to executive leadership Lead the development of compensation communications to ensure that team members have the right level of knowledge Conduct job evaluations, FLSA assessments, and departmental compensation reviews Stay current on industry compensation practices and legal issues while assessing and communicating potential growth to senior leaders Perform overtime analyses, salary surveys, and monthly and ad hoc reporting Manage compensation transactions in the HRIS (Workday) You will come with 7 years of experience working in HR or Finance 7 years compensation or total rewards Experience designing and implementing compensation programs Project management and data analytics experience Advanced excel experience HRIS experience We offer Paid Time Off (PTO) Generous store discounts Health care plans (medical, prescription, dental, vision) 401(k), HSA, FSA, Pre-tax commuter benefits Disability & life insurance coverage Paid parental leave Pet insurance Critical illness and accident insurance Discounted home and auto insurance College tuition assistance Career development & product training Consumer classes & More Grow with us Total Wine & More is the country's largest independent retailer of fine wine, beer and spirits, and we continue to grow our footprint year over year.
