Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Program Manager, Employee Experience and Retention who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Program Manager, Employee Experience & Retention you will:
•Be responsible for developing and managing the employee engagement and safety survey process, tracking progress and metrics, creating action plans, and recommending interventions that will enable the organization to drive positive employee engagement.
•Define, create and deliver on people-focused strategies to make AHC a destination employer of choice and create a consistently positive experience for all employees.
•Serve as an internal consultant providing a range of services to build individual, team, and organizational capabilities.
•Manage annual survey implementation and administration
•Review and analyze system-wide data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
•Partner with HR Business Partners and entity leadership teams to design, build, and implement engagement strategies and programs to monitor and enhance employee engagement and experience, geared to attract and retain employees

Qualifications Include:
•Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related discipline.
•Master's Degree or equivalent preferred
•Minimum of 5 years of experience working in human resources, organizational development, or other related field.
•Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
•Organizational Development/Facilitation or SHRM Certification preferred
•Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with team members and leaders at all levels.
•Ability to work as part of a highly collaborative team.
•Analyzing data trends, designing and executing plans, programs and initiatives across a complex organization using a variety of methodologies.
