Manager, HR Business Partner

This Human Resources leader will drive critical business outcomes for our Commercial Operations or Capital Markets function and broader strategic initiatives in our Commercial Bank. This leader will need to challenge the status quo to drive impact, coach our executives, and partner with our Enterprise HR teams.

The ideal candidate should be able to work with little guidance and exhibit strong communication, influencing, problem solving and judgment skills. You will be a member of our HR and business partner teams, and critical you are supporting the shared goals of your various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR consulting to business partners (up to MVP).
  • Use data to conduct analysis, inform decisions and measure outcomes
  • Improve people outcomes through process (e.g. performance & talent management)
  • Align HR partners to most critical LOB needs (e.g.DIB, TA, compensation, L&D)
  • Coach our people leaders to support and deliver differentiated experiences to our associates
  • In partnership with HR Lead, L&D, and DIB, drive people leadership learning agenda
  • Partner with associate relations specialists on escalated issues, exit interviews, etc.
  • Participate in cross-functional business initiatives that impact all of Commercial Banking


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • At least 3 years of client-facing consulting experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's Degree in Human Resources or Industrial/Labor Relations or Organizational Psychology or Communications
  • Professional Coaching certification
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources consulting or business partner roles
  • 2+ years of project or process management experience
