Sales Enablement ManagerThis role provides project management and operational support to the Sales Leadership Team and the 340+ sales professionals in the Sales COE. The breadth of responsibilities directly supports the strategic initiatives of our sales team. This position will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of projects and deliverables, which support the long-term goals of the Sales Center of Excellence organization. A successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, critical ''systems'' thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse environment.The teamThe Sales COE is made up of sales leaders, and sales professionals who drive sales across all of Deloitte''s businesses.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperationsReports to and supports the Sales COE Sales Enablement Leader to develop, execute, and optimize the Sales COE''s sales enablement programs.Assists the Sales COE Chief of Staff with operational and project management supportManages a variety of project and reporting requests from key stakeholders (Sales COE Leadership including Functional Sales Directors in Consulting, Risk & Financial Advisory, Audit & Assurance, Tax, and Deloitte Private and their respective Chief of Staffs).Creates basic reporting as appropriate and leverages Sales Operations team for complex reporting. Primary systems include Salesforce and Anaplan.Manages project and process optimization across the Sales Enablement Ecosystem in partnership with the off-shore Sales Operations team.Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce CRM (Mercury/Jupiter) as needed.Assist sales professionals with sales enablement tools and processes as needed.Project ManagementServes as project manager for Sales Enablement process and technology projects including creation and execution of business requirements and project plans.Manages daily workflow and projects with Sales Operations and Incentive Compensation team to ensure on-time municationsManages and creates a variety of Sales COE stakeholder communications (Emails, Newsletters, DNet, etc.)Creates and maintains User Guides (Anaplan, Sales Pursuit Registry, Sales Validation System)Creates, reviews, and maintains process documents with the help of Sales Operations and the Incentive Compensation teams.Provides meeting agendas, prepares meeting presentations, and follow-up communications. Serves as Zoom meeting administrator/producer as requested).QualificationsRequiredProficient Microsoft Office skills particularly SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word;Advanced project management skills;Ability to think both strategically and tacticallyGeneral understanding of CRM (Salesforce) functionality and reporting / dashboardDemonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal clientsStrong aptitude and passion for driving operational detail and market impactA strong attention to detailA minimum 5 years'' experienceAbility to travel 10-20%, on average, based on business needBachelors Degree requiredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferredExperience working in a sales enablement/operations, management, or marketing capacityTableau experienceExperience working with near- and off-shore teamsSkillsSavvy at navigating complex organizations and connecting the right people within each organization.Ability to think strategically, while staying focused on monitoring the progress of action items and bringing them to conclusion within appropriate time frames.Excellent team player. Effective at sharing and communicating knowledge and supporting teammates in times of increased workload.Highly organized and self-sufficient, successful with limited direction, upbeat and enthusiastic.Executive presence, complemented by clear and convincing communication skills through oral, written, and formal presentation mediums.High degree of integrity by honoring commitments and demonstrating consistent and predictable follow-up.For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
