We are currently seeking a Foreign Disclosure Program Analyst to support our Pax River, MD customer. This position is responsible for the interpretation of U. S. Government, Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of Navy (DON) foreign disclosure policy, as well as establishment and implementation of NAVAIR policy on the disclosure of classified and controlled unclassified information to foreign governments and international organizations or their representatives on NAVAIR weapon systems and subsystems. This Foreign Disclosure Program Analyst position is responsible for assisting the Foreign Disclosure Officer in conducting research, analyzing National Disclosure Policy, collecting and interpreting naval aviation technology information, and formulating disclosure positions to support U. S. security assistance programs. * Provides recommended solutions for Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs, disclosure of information, and foreign national Information Technology access. * Review program documentation prior to release to US and foreign governments and contractors. * Develop documentation in accordance with US Government technology transfer policy. * Monitor compliance with existing US Government policy and regulations for current programs and develop required documentation for future phases of international programs. * Provide support in developing and implementing disclosure and releasability decisions, providing recommendations for release. * Coordinate engineering review of data for release to foreign nationals and release requests. Assist in resolving releasability questions and issues. * Oversee tracking and ensure quality of data reviewed for release to foreign nationals. Provide support for management of foreign national visits. * Develop, manage, and staff Technology Assessment/Control Plans (TA/CPs). * Provide assistance and support in the management of Export Licenses Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs) and Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) cases. * Develop, participate in and/or provide International Programs Security training and awareness. Required Education & Experience: * Minimum of 4 years of experience or less than 3 years'' experience and a BA/BS degree. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
