JOB DESCRIPTION * WANTED: An experienced Workflow Manager with demonstrated capability working within executive-level DoD multi-level security environments. This position will support N9SP Deputy Director located at the Pentagon. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working independently and with teams, and possess range and depth of expertise in US Government special access programs and security policies. As a Workflow Manager you will: * Ensure effective communication with stakeholders. * Assist with the review of the Director and Deputy Director's classified and unclassified email to include prioritizing review and drafting responses. * Provide Civilian Personnel administrative support to include maintaining civilian personnel files, tracking training completion, facilitating performance evaluation completion, drafting and processing of civilian awards, processing human resources paperwork, assisting with timekeeping and facilitating muster. * Manage customer correspondence to include tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence and requests, reviewing all correspondence to ensure it is in the proper format and in compliance with the Naval Correspondence Manual and other requirements * Coordinate meetings including identification of suitable location * Manage office tasks through the lifecycle to include ensuring tasks are assigned to responsible parties. A week in the life of a Workflow Manager: * Ensure effective daily communications with Deputy Director and other personnel. * Coordinate with Deputy Director and other officers to fully understand daily, weekly, and monthly requirements regarding to schedules and important taskings/events. * Maintaining a workload dashboard and workflow trackers to track tasking status, coordinating multiple inputs to tasks, ensure task routing among parties, route work products to Director and Deputy Director for approval and signature. * Control and archive task packages in accordance with office instructions and policies, maintain electronic copies of completed task packages, and distribute approved work products, * Develop, coordinate, maintain and update on an annual basis, a Workflow and Correspondence Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to provide guidance to the office on the process. * Coordinate and Manage tasks using DON tasking systems, ensuring that they are effective tracked and executed.
