The ability to handle inquiries in a positive and professional manner and knowledge of insurance industry terminology, policy, and procedures are required for this role.If you are genuinely excited to help customers, are patient, empathetic, passionate about communication and problem-solving comes naturally to you, then you may have what it takes to begin this journey with us.What you'll be doingIdentify and assess the needs of customersProvide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMeet personal/team customer service targets and performance measuresAnswer questions about underwriting concernsHandle product eligibility and underwriting inquiries from producersProcess policy changes, including endorsements, cancellations, customer name changes and mailing address changesHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesWe're looking for someone who hasPrevious experience supporting small commercial accounts (BOPs)Strong work ethic, punctual, dependable, with a history of good attendanceProven successful customer support experienceTrack record of achieving targets and goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersAbility to multi-task (specifically while talking with customers and resolving their inquiries)Proficiency in navigating Windows-based computers and using multiple software applications across two monitorsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work 9:00 AM to 6 PM EDT Mon-Fri, and occasional overtime on Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PMHighly preferred candidates also haveAssociate DegreeExperience supporting both Personal Lines and Small Commercial (BOPs)Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus but is not requiredBilingual Spanish speakingAbout the Policy Services Team at SageSure:Helping customers and a service mindset are at the core of SageSures Policy Services team approach.
