Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a tax-exempt organization independent of the federal government. Our client is seeking an Office Manager to facilitate and function as the face of their small office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working team player, capable of offering administrative support across the organization. Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations efficiently with a positive attitude
  • Fulfill general administrative duties, such as filing, answering phones, preparing reports and spreadsheets, bookkeeping, and other responsibilities as needed
  • Process accounts payable statements and organize files for internal records
  • Coordinate all logistics for onsite meetings, including ordering and setting up catering, and providing audio-visual support
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the reception area, conference rooms, and workrooms
  • In charge of coordinating quarterly Trustee Board meetings and Board mailings, including frequent communication with all staff

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 2-5 years of professional office management experience
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Organized and detail-oriented while managing workload, and capable of pursuing projects through from start to finish
  • Experienced in office management and administrative procedures in a small office setting
