Sparks Group has partnered with a local accounting firm that is seeking a full-time courteous and friendly administrative assistant to answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with customer service. Applicants should have excellent grammar and a clear speaking voice. Duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, sending emails, assisting clients with researching tax return and tax notice statuses in our database, entering documents into our tax database and our portal, and copying and scanning tax documents.

Applicant must be able to multitask and handle tasks under pressure. This position is for someone with good typing, word processing, & basic computer skills, and for someone who is technology savvy. You must have a clear, understandable, speaking voice.

Hours are Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 5:30PM. This is a great working environment with friendly and professional co-workers.

During tax season (February-April) half-day Saturdays are required. During the summer months, our offices are closed on Fridays!
