RESPONSIBILITIES : Job InformationThe Enterprise Risk Management division at CSS is seeking a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Program Director to manage the enterprise third-party risk management team and program. The Director will administer and manage CSS' TPRM Program within the ERM, Second Line of Defense (SLOD) risk governance function. The Lead will have experience building and managing TPRM Programs. This role will report to a Senior Director, Enterprise Risk Management. Key Job Functions Execute, manage, and maintain CSS' TPRM Program, policy, methodology, standards, processes, and related functionsEnsure currency on third-party risk regulatory guidance, and lead required changes to ensure CSS TPRM program complianceManage third-party risk analyst(s), responsible for executing the third-party risk management (TPRM) program, including risk assessments, tracking & monitoring third-party risks, issues, and related reporting Conduct TPR, Second Line of Defense (SLOD) reviews and credible challenge regarding TPRM risk assessments, issues, and related mitigation/remediation Establish and maintain a TPRM ongoing monitoring review scheduleEnsure development and implementation of periodic Third-Party Risk Management reporting, to impacted business/corporate stakeholders, the Executive Committee, Enterprise Risk Committee, and BoardEnsure SLOD completeness and accuracy of data and processes relative to the TPR module of the CSS eGRC systemAct as senior level TPRM Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of corporate business partners and stakeholders, clients, and internal and external audit/regulatory exams, and related data requests. Participate in and/or execute onsite third-party supplier assessments, as necessaryFoster and maintain collaborative working relationships with CSS business partners, corporate stakeholders, clients, and regulatory entities in support of an effective Third-Party Risk Management program and practices. QUALIFICATIONS: Education Bachelor's degree requiredPreferred candidate is certified as a Third-Party Risk Professional (TPRP), and responsible for ensuring certification remains active and currentAdditional certifications and experience in other risk management disciplines (ie, enterprise risk management, information security risk, privacy risk management, concentration risk, etc.), are a plus.Continued attendance/participation at third-party risk industry conferences, webinars, and related events to ensure awareness and competency in Third-Party Risk and related risk disciplines, is expected. Minimum Experience Minimum of 6 years related work experience in Third-Party Risk Management. Experience in Procurement is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a Third-Party Risk Management program (ie, risk assessments, issues management, notifications to suppliers, reporting, etc.), and TPR analyst(s), as supported by a centralized eGRC system..
