**Description:**+ Provide Class "A" customer service - Building a good rapport with tenants and going above and beyond whenever possible+ Maintain and repair all types of building equipment, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls (electrical & pneumatic)+ Complete work assignments thoroughly and efficiently with limited supervision+ Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair building equipment related to the efficient operation of the building equipment and systems+ Support the property maintenance team, working on assigned customer service requests, active with construction projects and supporting special set ups relating to events+ Support chief engineer to achieve compliance at your property location(s)+ Maintain good tenant relations through prompt and courteous response to tenant request within the guidelines set forth+ Perform predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, routine maintenance and service requests as directed+ Assist contractors and ensure contracted services are being performed safely and in accordance with established work standards and practices+ Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, building alarm contacts, and other building fire life safety systems+ Maintain and repair single phase electrical breakers, switches, receptacles, junction boxes, conduit, lights, and ballasts+ Maintain and repair plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, water fountains, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps**Skills:**Commercial building, CFC license, Building automation system, Plumbing, generator, BAS, Electrical, Troubleshooting**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**-High school diploma or GED-CFC Universal-CMMS system a plus-Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word and excel-customer service experience-Valid driver's license**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
