As a Universal Banker I, your mission is to: Responsibilities: Provide a consultative style of banking that builds customer relationships based on trust.Demonstrate the ability to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist with branch operations, delivering a remarkable customer experience, achieving sales and production goals, and handling transaction service requests. Be a part of a team that requires attention to detail, managing multiple priorities, and have a passion for customer service.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED is required; Associate degree or higher is preferred; a combination of experience and education will be considered.Three plus years of cash handling experience is required. Three- five years of experience in retail banking is preferred. Availability to work Saturdays and travel to other team branches to provide support when needed.Must have the ability to utilize standard PC based software.Capacity to generate demand through prospecting and setting meetings.High level of client service with the ability to be a self-starter and be comfortable interacting with external clients, centers of influence, and internal partners.Must be able to excel in developing strong, trusting relationships and work well under deadlines with multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and follow through.Must be highly organized and be able to multi-task, think quickly and respond appropriately.Physical demands of this role include view computer monitors, keyboarding, sitting, motion of fingers/hands/wrists, and standing/walking; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds for extended periods of time.Work is performed in a retail branch environment.C Bank endeavors to make https://careers-bank-cffc.icims.com accessible to any and all users.
