We align our goals to those of our clients, and we continuously monitor and adjust to ensure that the relationship stays strong.Responsibilities:You will support multiple business areas within Single Family Analytics and will describe technical details, calculations, and variables. Understand Python and communicate effectively with both developers and business users.Document models and processes in a financial context.You will be the author of critical ad-hoc summary material and model development plans.Model Development Plans would involve working with model owners to understand the path forward, gathering relevant documentation to embed, pulling together the brief document summarizing, and securing required approvals.Critical ad-hocs would involve securing the final deliverable, ensuring that the peer validation material received is consolidated into a reasonable format for storage, and working with the manager to record the narrative for the document. Qualifications:Master's degree in Economics or Statistics preferred.Knowledge of Python or R is preferred.Experience as a developer or a modeling background.Knowledge of statistical testing and sensitivity analysis methodologies (regression, classification, optimization problems).Experience preparing econometric/statistical model documentation.Must have experience writing high-quality documentation to support robust model validation reviews and documentation standards.Experience with Model Risk Management and model audit is preferred.Experience working in the financial services space.Compensation will be based on the candidate's skills and experience.
