A$ A' "A' ?Robert Half is looking to hire an experienced Security DevOps engineer to be a part of our Security Development Team. The Security DevOps engineer works closely with our security engineers, security architects, and project managers to develop, manage, and maintain applications and infrastructure.We are looking for someone who is energetic self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and has the passion to learn new technologies. In this role you will work with changing requirements as the security landscape shifts. A strong candidate will have the passion to keep up with security trends and development best practices, as well as exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills to provide recommendations and solutions. This role is available as a remote position. Primary Responsibilities:Completing code and script updates, as well as resolving implementation errorsMeeting with project managers to identify requirements for development projects Writing up supporting documentation for code and standardsMonitor and provide metrics on security and solution performanceParticipate in discovery, design, and maintenance discussions to provide input and recommendationsWork with third party vendors on troubleshooting platform specific issuesProactively identify security issues and provide recommended remediation stepsTroubleshoot source code management and deployment issuesRequired Qualifications:Expert level ability in reading, writing, and updating C# codeDevelopment experience using a version control system (git preferred)Solid understanding of Azure Services (Storage, Functions, Compute)Experience with REST APIsAbility to implement and maintain unit testsExperience designing integrations with various systemsAbility to perform .net design reviews and provide recommendationsFamiliarity with hosting solutions from vendors such as Amazon, Microsoft, and/or IBMStrong knowledge of development best practices including expertise in automation and securityModerate understanding of networking design concepts Ability to work through ambiguity and deal with shifting prioritiesEffective communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experienceExperience writing infrastructure as code Docker container experience Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines5+ years experience provisioning, operating, and managing cloud environments Experience working in Azure (Storage, Compute, Functions, Policy, and Configuration)Proficiency in multiple programming or scripting languages (Ex. Ruby, Python, C#, PowerShell, JavaScript) Any technical certifications are desirableFamiliarity with agile development process and best practices
